MS GS Wavetable Synth is the only soundfont I'm hearing

Okay, it does appear to be working.  It seems that VLC+FluidSynth+soundfont is picking the wrong instruments for some reason so the sounds that I was expecting aren't coming out the same in Windows Media Player or ScummVM.
When switching between the FluidR3_GM and the other two I can hear a difference, so it is using the soundfonts.
The other two soundfonts just had instrumentation that sounded nearly the same as MS GS.
